After years of extensive research, I believe I have deciphered the meanings of many of the symbols at Göbekli Tepe. Undoubtedly, my background as an astronomer and years of working in a museum have played a significant role in this achievement. · Why was Göbekli Tepe built on a hill? · Was Göbekli Tepe an astronomical observatory? · To what extent did Shamanism influence Göbekli Tepe? · Were equinox rituals performed at Göbekli Tepe? · What was the significance of the animal motifs on the stones at Göbekli Tepe? · Can we understand Göbekli Tepe in the context of Maya mythology? · Did Göbekli Tepe have archaeoacoustic features? I hope to explore and address these questions thoroughly and professionally in the book.
