This book is the compilation of the lectures, radio speeches and essays of a non-conformist diplomat whose ideas do not fit comfortably with the ideology of the state mechanism he was supposed to represent. As you read through the pages, you will see a different approach to world affairs than diplomatic jargon as if they were poured out from the mind of a free-minded academic, a politician or an expert of a think tank. Still yet, deep inside, you will feel the diplomatic responsibility of a career Ambassador seeking peace and harmony both for his people and the world community at large.
