Poems hold the secret of one’s heart, Unraveling every bit of the human mind. With songs, some can tag along, With poems, it is rather lonely— You looking into your heart, Having a mere connection with what it is like to be you. In songs, we can all enjoy a moment of Laughter or a cry. In poems, What you feel is what you are, With refreshing, brutal, overwhelming honesty of emotions, Flowing from you, through you, Letting you in— An intense moment of embracement.
